Jo went about creating the most phenomenal, ten course taster menu for an eclectic bunch of ten of us (with various dietary requests!), in secret, and then proceeded to manage the chaotic logistics of serving 10 courses, to 10 people in complete darkness, keeping glasses topped up at all times and without skidding over on the odd, stray morsel that hadn’t quite made it successfully to its intended destination!

Jo seemed to think of everything
Jo and her team catered for our daughters christening weekend and what a feast we had! It was all delicious. Jo swept into our kitchen and with minimal fuss produced a formal dinner completed with canapés for 20 and a buffet lunch the following day.

The team left everything absolutely immaculate
Jo was at the heart of making our party such a special and memorable event for us. We had a challenging theme (“out of Africa”) and weren’t sure how easy it would be to cater for in an authentic yet fun way.
